The local community plays a vital role in supporting and enriching a child's life. Our Governors, Parent Teacher Association, the Church and Volunteers all help make a difference. Our Governors know the school well and play an active role in developing our school, helping provide strategic direction, challenge and accountability.
We are very grateful to our volunteers in school, who give up their time and expertise to enrich our children's primary school experience.
We run a number of exciting events throughout the year to help raise money for the school. We meet every half term and we are always looking for parents to help us with planning and running events.
The Parish Church in Steeple Modern has been dedicated to St Peter and St Paul since the 14th Century. We visit the church and take part in services throughout the year.
